"Really professional staff"
The staff were really polite and helpful throughout my visit. A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m glad I checked it out. Everyone seemed professional and made the whole experience easy.

"Pretty good overall, just one small thing"
i mean, I only ordered from acfp.com once, but the quality was good. The item felt solid and looked just like the pictures. The shipping box did show up with a small dent, but thankfully the product itself was totally fine. I’d probably order from them again.

I had a good experience using acfp.com, everything was easy to find and the pages loaded without any issues. I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever to get what I needed, it was just simple and smooth overall.

I used Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza to look around and find some info, it was easy to use overall. The pages are laid out clearly enough, and I didn’t really feel lost while clicking around or trying to find what I needed.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that, like, a few parts felt a bit slow or not quite as smooth on mobile. Nothing too major, and it still worked fine, but yeah, it could be a little better. Overall, though, it was a decent experience.

"Account setup was more annoying than I expected"
I tried making an account on acfp.com a little while ago, maybe last week or the week before, and it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The pages loaded fine for the most part, but the whole signup flow felt a bit unclear.
I ended up going back a few times because I’d missed some required field or detail, but the error messages didn’t really explain what the problem was. The email verification also took longer than I expected, though I can’t remember if it was several minutes or closer to half an hour.
It did work in the end, so I wouldn’t say it’s completely broken. Still, setting up an account should be straightforward, and this felt more annoying than it needed to be.

The product details were pretty much what I expected when it arrived. I just had a feeling the sizing note could’ve been clearer, and that ended up being the only thing that felt a little off.

"Decent value, I think"
I tried acfp.com and, overall, I feel like it was probably worth what I paid. It’s not the most polished site or anything, and at a couple points I found myself wondering if I was missing something because the instructions could be clearer. But in the end, it got the job done, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably use it again, though I do hope they clean up some of the little details.

"Refund took a bit, but it was fair"
So, yeah, the refund wasn’t instant or anything. It took a little while, which was kind of annoying at first, but support did get back to me and kept things moving. In the end, the money came back, so... not perfect, but fair enough overall.
